Most of the adventure spots already have natural shelters that may only require some modifications. You may find small pits, cave openings or overhanging cliffs that you may use as shelters by modifying them a bit with material available in the forests. Use branches and leaves to build shelters. Building a shelter from nothing may be a very difficult task as well as time consuming. To be well-protected have only one entrance.

To keep your energy intact and to stay alive, food is very important when you are lost in the wilderness. Food may not be a problem as you may find a variety of fruits and berries that you can eat but make sure to choose the right ones or else they may be fatal. Fire, shelter and food are most important when lost in the wilderness - make sure to have ample knowledge about each of them before you venture into the wild.
