Carbonated water will be needed to go with all of those ingredients. Carbonated water is used in soft drinks and other non-alcoholic drinks so this should definitely be used over any type of water.

After the ingredients are mixed they should be stored for a couple of days in a refrigerator. This time period is required so that the drink will be able to mix well enough so that the drink will be at its best quality. If the drink is served too early the drink will not be smooth enough and the taste will greatly suffer, not to mention it will not be as easy to drink as it should be.
