What makes water sports in the Bahamas among the most exciting Bahamas sports is that of the great water temperature during the entire year. The waters in the Bahamas are around eighty degrees Fahrenheit throughout the year.

The Starfish Exuma Adventure Center is one of the best places for Bahamas sports to visit. This features activities like sea kayaking, sailing and eco tourism trips. Water sports gear and bikes are available for rental here.

Ocean Motor Water Sports have some of the best activities too. Located in the Grand Bahama Island, this features banana boat riding. Knee boarding, water skiing and sailing are also featured here. Banana boat rides and fishing activities are also featured here. Specialty cruises like glass bottom boat cruises and parasailing are also featured here.

Pat and Diane Fantasia Tours is one of the more unique places for Bahamas sports. This features fish feeding and snorkeling activities. One of the most exciting parts here involves the seventy two foot double deck fantasia boat. This boat is available for water tours around the Bahamas.

In Nassau there is the Bahamas Undersea Adventures group. All sorts of tours are offered from the group, including snorkeling, power snorkeling and sea scooter tours. The Deluxe Ocean Kayak tour is among one of the most popular options that the group has to offer. Snorkel and beach packages are also featured here. Pickups for this group are available with ease at the Nassau Harbour Cruise Ship Terminal. Hotel pickups are also available for free from the group.

Blackbear and Acutes Cay is a small island Bahamas sports group to check out. This is located at the northwest part of New Providence Island. The Stingray Adventure Programme is the most popular program featured from this group and features all sorts of great undersea tours.

The last of the groups for water sports in the Bahamas is the Flying Cloud group. A nearly sixty foot sailing boat will take visitors through the islands of the Bahamas and will offer sailing and snorkeling lessons. The boat leaves the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal twice a day.
